A Life Of Giving Is A Life Worth Living.
“The future is sending back good wishes and is waiting for you with arms wide open.”
52 weeks; 365 days; 525,949 minutes
— what will you do with it?
Your life is worth a noble motive.
“Your imagination is the preview to life’s coming attractions.”
Your dreams cannot come true unless you wake up!
It is not a calamity to die with dreams unfulfilled, but it IS a calamity to not have dreamt at all. — Dr Benjamin Mays
Your talent is God’s gift to you. What you do with it is your gift back.
Why not list some of your natural gifts and talents, and find the courage to fulfill at least one of them.
In 2005 three college guys wished they had a simple way to share videos online with their friends. So they threw together a simple invention — a way for virtually any video to play on any web browser — and started their own little company called YouTube. Just one year later they sold their company to Google for $1.6 billion — and Time magazine named their idea “Invention of the Year.”
Why not get yourself a journal, notepad or any preferred scribbling device, and write down your own wonderful, noble, crazy, outrageous, big or small idea to benefit the world, your community, company, or in any way make a difference. Some of those ideas will be pure genius.
“The talent is latent,” says Bono.
How will you tap into it; awaken it? How to access that divinely creative, super conscious energy, which is displayed by nature in all of her beauty, splendor, and wisdom?
Be bold; be humble.
Look life straight in the eyes, and show up with a full spirit — ready to express your highest self!
This year 2014 is a blank canvas — clear and bright. Be ready to throw all the paint on it you can. In every color or black and white, or duotone, with spray cans, Chinese brush, your bare hands, … or feet, whatever brings out your joy!
Savor the little things and feel deeply a gratitude for this given moment. Health, friends, laughter, wisdom, creativity, a caring heart, butterflies, a simple smile — little big things.
This year, take a look at your life and take time to thank someone who made a difference. A note, a call or a visit — out of the blue — will mean the world to them. Why not start a “thank you” list today.
Live to give!
